through love...

"Through love, all pain will turn to medicine."

- Rumi

To me, this statement embodies the essence of healing. Healing isn't only from a doctor, a therapist, or a health practitioner of some kind - it comes when a good friend listens with an open heart, it happens spontaneously when we hear a beautiful piece of music, or see something gorgeous in nature, like a beautiful sunset. When the heart opens, automatically our inside soul is moving, and helping us to shed some layers of pain and stress.

This is why I love my work as a healer so much -- for nearly two decades, now -- helping to facilitate and witness this kind of transformation through love, in peoples' practical lives, is utterly inspiring and a constant source of joy.

Further, my experience is that all of us are healers, in the course of our everyday life, for the people around us.

How many times do you witness a shift in someone's strain, just from listening to their story or their pain? Have you ever noticed the intense relief and blessing that a hug can bring? How do you share yourself with the world around you....? I'll bet you're bringing a lot of love -- maybe more than you recognize, consciously.

My wish is that everyone will find the inner healer, in themselves - and give it permission to share the love, light and wisdom in this world as needed.

Here is more about my healing work (and yes, I do sessions via Skype as well as in person).

I really believe this is true Alx, and it is beautiful to see how your post itself can bring healing by just recognising this fact :)
As you say, we can all help others with simple things... listening, a hug, a gesture of kindness and I love your expression.. "Love Wins"
    Thank you :)
