this is the statue of Jesus which is in our ashram. just to add some perspective about the universality of god and the connectedness of Jesus to anyone who is willing to open their hearts to him. Kaleshwara had a special church constructed on the ashram grounds, to honor Jesus. most of the time he uses this Jesus Temple, as we call it, as his private meditation area and healing area and he often sleeps there. the statue is completely alive and Big Boss, as Kaleshwara calls Jesus, is emanating out from it 24 hours a day. walking in that temple, you can feel the love in the whole room -- it is that powerful and that tangible.

I always loved this statue of Jesus. It isn't what he looks like of course, but it's still nice. No, Jesus was much more olive complected. He had a huge Jewish nose and his face was a little crooked. A very plain looking man by all accounts. But when he smiled it was incredible. It was like looking into the sun. (of course he is the SON, he he he). He was enthusiastic about everything. He looked at me and said, "I know who you two are." And we froze. He pulled us aside and called us by our real names. THey were names we hadn't heard in thousands of years. I still remember what must have been the last time we stood before him. He stood next to his wife. She had a child on either side of her.

Nice blog!! What makes you think, Jesus was a white guy, with blonde hair and hazel eyes. What if he was a guy with tanned skin. The whole christian world would crash on that thought. non-whites praying to a white guy, is absolute slavery.

Nowhere is it mentioned how the person looks, and most of the stories were add-ons by a council of people to statisfy their ego.

Increasing the number of people and convincing them to say certain book or manual is the only way of life is limiting the human brain and a big disgrace to our intelligence and to the creator.

Churchianity kills spirituality and prohibits humans to think beyond, this is egoistic, and dictatorial.

Let people be free spiritually and encourage people to see life beyond. I have nothing against what ever JC said, if he really said. Humans are not computers, robots or machines to be born with manuals and live life by how-to-guides.

    Just my 2 cents.
